                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 7605 LEE
                   HIGHWAY, BEING OFF THE NORTHWEST LINE OF LEE
                   HIGHWAY AT WALKER ROAD FROM M-3 WAREHOUSE AND
                   WHOLESALE ZONE TO O-1 OFFICE ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 7605 Lee Highway, being
                off the northwest line of Lee Highway at Walker
                Road.  Part of lot 2, Luther Resubdivision of Lots
                2 and 3, Brainerd Council Building Association
                Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 53, page 179, ROHC; being part of the property
                described in deed book 4450, page 722, ROHC, and
                being all of said lot 2, which is currently zoned
                M-3.  Tax Map No. 139G-D-6.
               
               
         from M-3 Warehouse and Wholesale Zone to O-1 Office Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
